Hi, I'm Faun!
I went to school for computer science with big dreams of making video games. Instead, I homeschool Lucy and spend my extra time working as a freelance writer and content manager for a small internet marketing company. #singlemomhustle
I grew up living the shy life breathing the dust out of Nintendo game cartridges and drawing that Stussy “S” on all of my notebooks in the 80’s & 90’s.
In my 30’s, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease and mental illness. I am striving to live a healthy positive life with both!

Introducing Lucy
Lucy is exploring her tween years through the fascinating and complicated lens of autism. She started reading and writing at the age of 3 and never stopped. She spends her days homeschooling, writing, drawing, and making music.
She is committed to a Vegan lifestyle in addition to living with a variety of other food sensitivities. So, you’ll find only gluten free, vegan recipes and recipe reviews on our site.
While Faun in the responsible adult in our house, Lucy is often the voice of reason. This makes us a perfect mother-daughter team.
